This is really, really good. The FIRST Memphis Milano catalog published in 1981 and designed by Sottsass Associati. As this was their first catalog, it was likely distributed in very small numbers only to potential stockists and clients.

The cover really makes this one for me. Only Sottsass could use a stark black and white image of mountains for the cover of a furniture catalog.

This is a rare piece documenting the early formation of one of the 21st century’s most important design movements.

Catalog is in great condition. Only notable issue is that it has a stamp on the cover from the shop who received it.
