Immediately following Andy Warhol’s death, the Andy Warhol Foundation enlisted the services of attorney Ed Hayes to manage his estate.

This letterhead notes the 3 initial trustees of the Foundation, which was established in Warhol’s lifetime, with the addition of Ed Hayes. It was likely used internally at the foundation in the late 1980s.

Unused letterhead from the foundation is exceedingly rare and this is the only example I’ve ever seen on the market. It would look good framed.
