A scarce document of very early-career Tillmans.

This announcement card accompanied a 1994 solo exhibition at Daniel Buchholz Gallery. Not only is this a great piece of Tillmans ephemera, but its a fantastic document of 1990s visual culture and shows how influential Tillmans’ work was to photographers who came after him. This could easily be a Ryan McGinley image.

Early Tillmans material is tough to find and this is a great example. Scarce.
